The PolyChem S-Series chemical process pump features a fluoropolymer-lined,  conventionally sealed design and meets ASME B73.1 dimensional standards. The PFA-lined wet end provides superior corrosion resistance and temperature allowance. Incorporating the proven Mark 3 power end, the PolyChem S-Series pump is engineered to maximize performance and reliability.

PFA Liner – PFA is globally preferred for its superior corrosion resistance and elevated temperature allowance.

Rugged Metal Armor – Cast iron armor meets material specifications of ASTM A395 and offers durability not found in plastic pumps.

Enclosed Impeller – Available to 250 mm (10 in) sizes, provides balanced hydraulic loads, extending bearing life. Open impeller is also available.

Oversized FML Seal Chamber - Large tapered bore with flow modifiers which remove heat, solids and vapors from the seal chamber creating an optimal seal operating environment.

External Micrometer Adjustment – Design incorporates an external micrometer impeller adjustment, which allows for quick and accurate impeller setting.
