Additional Terms for EU or EEA Visitors and Users
This section of our Privacy Notice (“Additional Terms for EU Visitors and Users”) explains Flowserve’s commitment to comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How We Conduct Cross-Border Transfers of Your Personal Data
Flowserve may transfer your Personal Data across borders to Flowserve and our representatives, affiliates, third party partners and service providers in the United States and other countries where we do business.
