Additional Terms for EU Residents

This section of our Privacy Policy (“Additional Terms for EU Residents”) applies to you only if you are a resident of the EU. If this section of our Privacy Policy applies to you, then in the event that any terms in this section conflict with the remainder of this Privacy Policy, then the terms of this section shall control.


In accordance with applicable law, we base our processing (collecting, storing, using, transferring, etc.) of your Personal Data on an appropriate legal basis. Each category of your Personal Data is processed under an appropriate legal basis, but not all categories of your Personal Data are necessarily processed under the same legal basis.
