Flowserve's Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism Statement

The C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) program is a joint initiative between government and business designed to improve the security of cargo entering the United States without inhibiting the flow of trade. C-TPAT participants are expected to take steps to enhance security throughout the entire supply chain. In return, their goods will receive expedited processing into the United States.

While Flowserve is not a certified member of C-TPAT or other global security programs., such as AEO, PIP, NEEC, etc., Flowserve facilities maintain industry standard controls in place to mitigate the risk of loss, theft, and contraband smuggling in our supply chain. We work with a network of vetted and approved carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, many or all of whom are C-TPAT certified.

Flowserve has a robust and comprehensive global import and export compliance program in place and employs a dedicated, full-time team of regionally-based compliance professionals, as well as facility-level compliance coordinators at most major facilities worldwide. Flowserve’s trade compliance program consists of policies and procedures that cover all aspects of trade, management of third party service providers, trade automation, regular training and compliance reviews, to ensure company compliance with all applicable trade laws and regulations.
