Durco® Mark 3™ ISO Metallic Sealed Chemical Process Pump
Durco Mark 3 is a proven ISO 2858/5199 chemical process pump built for demanding applications. Its pioneering reverse-vane design avoids the trade-off between efficiency and reliability imposed by traditional semi-open impeller designs. A versatile pump platform available in a wide range of configurations and hydraulics including self-priming, recessed, traditional semi-open, and closed impellers.

- Modular system offers flexibility for many applications, with extensive hydraulics, five casing options, and four high efficiency impeller options
- Low maintenance costs with minimal downtime. External micrometer impeller adjustment sets clearance in 20 seconds, and back pull-out design speeds service
- Heavy-duty casing with integral foot and multi-ribbed discharge flange resists pipe loads and improves reliability.
- Reverse vane impeller delivers repeatable performance; SealSentry™ extends seal life; labyrinth seals, heavy-duty bearings, ductile iron housing, and food grade option support reliability

CK: Closed coupled model provide a compact arrangement ideal for installations where space is a premium.
N: Centerline mounted, high pressure model is available for applications in which loads caused by thermal expansion need to be reduced.
H: Foot-mounted, high pressure model is the workhorse of chemical plants and other industries with a pressure rating up to 25 bar (365 psi).
P: Unitized self-priming model is engineered to draw from liquid sources below ground level or from sources that have no positive pressure to naturally prime the pump.
R: Recessed impeller model uses vortex action to provide low-shear pumping of friable solids and trouble-free pumping of stringy or fibrous slurries.
