UK Regulatory Reports

Gender Pay Gap

From 2017, any UK organization that has 250 or more employees must publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap. The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women, expressed relative to men’s earnings. The Flowserve company in scope for gender pay reporting requirements is Flowserve GB Limited.

Flowserve is committed to providing a workplace for all its employees that provides equal employment opportunities and equitable compensation opportunities for all. We recognize the value in having a diverse and inclusive workforce and are committed to improving the diversity of our employees.

We anticipate the UK gender pay information will prove to be a valuable tool in assessing levels of equality in the workforce, the degree of female and male participation, how effectively talent is being managed and how this helps shape our people strategy.
