Offered in several sizes to fit the application, Flowserve cyclone separators are designed to efficiently remove sand, pipe scale and other abrasive particles from Plan 31 seal flush Piping Plans. Separation is accomplished by centrifugal force generated by differential pressure across the cyclone.

Gestra Temperature Sensors are temperature sensors according to DIN EN 14597. The temperature feeler Pt 100 integrated in the protection tube has a temperature-specific resistance. The temperature switches TRS 5-6 or TRS 5-8 measure the resistance and give an alarm according to the limit settings. Application in steam and (pressurised) hot-water installations to TRD 604 and all kinds of heat-generating units.
The temperature transmitter TRV 5-40 is designed for the connection of three temperature sensors TRG 5-6x.
The temperatures measured by the temperature sensors are converted by the temperature transmitter TRV 5-40 and sent to the CAN bus in the form of a data telegram. The data are transferred via CAN bus, using the CANopen protocol.
Universal controller KS92 is suitable for single closed-loop control systems and for automating industrial processes.
The equipment is highly flexible and an economical and efficient solution for many industrial applications. The controller is self
tuning during start-up and to the setpoint. An optional serial interface RS 422/485 is also available. The configuration and parameterization data are stored in an EEPROM.

The SLD seal support system from Flowserve dispenses lubrication to the atmospheric side of mechanical seals. It is ideal for seals subjected to periods of dry running or cavitation when product liquid (pumpage) does not provide adequate film between seal faces. The SLD is proven to greatly extend flushless seal life in harsh slurry conditions.
CavControl control valve trim lowers cavitation damage by controlling the location and concentration of cavitation vapor bubble implosion in an area away from metal parts. CavControl trim utilizes a number of small, diametrically opposed flow holes through the walls of a special seat retainer.
