The Flowserve approach to software is unique in that we use proprietary engineering models built on decades of OEM experience, and layer on industry-leading machine learning methods to provide our customers with the best possible combination of predictive analytics. Simply stated, it’s the only software designed to understand pumps, valves and seals: how to diagnose their problems, learn from their lifecycles, predict their future working lives, and uniquely prescribe the steps to take to fix them. It’s scalable software that embraces open standards to make it easy to use with existing infrastructure, ready to work on any platform, from a plant control room, to a maintenance technician’s handheld, an engineer’s laptop or in the cloud.
Flowstar.net is a secure, web-based application used to help customers implement comprehensive reliability improvement programs. It tracks performance data such as mean time between failure (MTBF), and offers real-time access to equipment databases with powerful filtering and sorting capabilities.
Key features include:
The Flowserve IPS Insight portal extends the capabilities of the IPS wireless suite of visual alert and condition monitoring products to enable remote access to real-time, on-site equipment status and performance information. Hosted via a secure, subscription-based service, the IPS Insight Portal facilitates collaboration among multiple plant teams — from maintenance and operations to reliability engineering — to enable swift response to deviations in process or equipment parameters.
The IPS Insight portal and remote condition monitoring technology increase system availability by:
The IPS Insight Hosted Portal gives operations and maintenance personnel real-time visibility to proactively solve problems — and optimize operations.

IPS Mobile Insight™ is a configurable mobile application that allows operators, reliability engineers and maintenance technicians to access real-time and logged data with reports being generated at the touch of a button. This is the critical information you need to identify developing equipment problems — and immediately share knowledge to prevent downtime.
IPS Mobile Insight enables Bluetooth® communication to the IPS Beacon™ 2 and IPS Beacon™ Pulse condition monitoring systems. Technicians can instantly know the locations and conditions of troublesome pumps in the field and navigate straight to the assets in alert status. With a swipe on a screen, they will immediately see a pump’s current pressure, temperature, vibration, fluid condition and other features. Users can access last alarm time, date and cause, or download a recent history of logged performance data. This discrete historical data can then be downloaded to a tech’s handheld device or pushed to the IPS Insight-hosted portal for secure access management and further analysis.
Easy-to-interpret visuals show real-time operational data obtained from customer control systems and onboard sensors, comparing actual data to expected performance levels.
