The PolyChem GRP pump is a single-stage, end suction, centrifugal pump designed to ASME B73.1 standards. This product is constructed in Glass Reinforced Phenolic (GRP), which offers a cost-effective means of corrosion resistance as a more expensive high-alloy metal pump at a fraction of the cost. The PolyChem GRP pump has proved to be a cost-saving, long-term solution in acidic, chloride-rich and salt water applications.

  • Radial fit and square O-rings for the casing and impeller protect the shaft from corrosive process.
  • Incorporates the Mark 3™ power end design, which conforms to ASME B73.1 design standards, and is engineered to maximize performance and reliability.
  • External micrometer impeller adjustment — Design incorporates an external micrometer impeller adjustment, which allows for quick and accurate impeller setting.

  • Heads to 110 m (350 ft)
  • Pressures to 17 bar (250 psi)
  • Temperatures from -30°C to 90°C (-20°F to 200°F)
  • Pit depths to 4.25 m (14 ft); 6.75 m (22 ft) with optional tailpipe
