The CEB side channel units are a low noise design of combination pumps. They are ideal for pumping liquids that are stored at their boiling point, have a degree of entrained gas, or very low NPSH conditions. The vertical tank pump has been designed in order to enable retro-fitting into most common tanks. Moreover, the dimensions are such that the unit can be used to replace submersible designs of pumps. Although the pump can be supplied in other lengths, the standard size is between 1.3 and 3.0 m.
Pumps of the series CEH-X/CEH have a segmental type construction with open vane wheel impellers. The construction of the CEH pump is a so-called centrifugal combined system. This combination pump is suited with a centrifugal stage serial connection before the side channel stages in order to obtain a more favorable NPSH.
The DRV is a single-stage, vertical, side channel pump with an open vane wheel impeller. The program comprises 3 sizes. Because of the vertical arrangement of the unit, the floor space requirements are low. If the pipelines are of sufficient stability, the units of this series can even be suspended in the piping system without any foot support.
The SIHI PC-X pump is an innovative product that can be used in two types of LPG car filling station designs: above-ground tanks equipped with flooded suction and underground tanks equipped with suction lift operation. It can be adapted to handle two nozzles from one pump. The PC-X has an integrated intelligent electronic board that enables it to operate as a side-channel blower during the priming stage, thus avoiding the use of a complex degassing system and reducing energy costs by reducing the number of restarts.
The SC Series pumps have a segmental type construction with open vane wheel impellers. The construction of the SC pump is a so-called centrifugal combined system. This combination pump is suited with a centrifugal stage serial connection before the side channel stages in order to obtain a more favorable NPSH. This pump is specially designed for LPG filling stations.
The SIHI pump type SM-X is an innovative product that can replace the other submersible pumps used in most of the LPG car filling stations. Due to its design, this pump can be installed without a bypass valve, since an internal bypass secures the minimum flow of the pump. The well-known reliability of the side channel pump is combined with the safe use and the simple design of a submersible pump. An optional intelligent drive allows the use of one pump for 2 nozzles and reduces the energy consumption by adjusting the performance to the exact need of the installation.
The D800 Series of pumps has evolved as Flowserve engineers have reacted to the growing need for economical pumps for general industrial service. Covering a large flow and head range, the D800 is versatile and reliable. It is available in multiple configurations to suit site requirements and incorporates many proven features to reduce and facilitate maintenance.
The Flowserve DS-RO single-stage, end-suction, foot-mounted pump is engineered specifically for auxiliary applications found in reverse osmosis desalination processes. This versatile pump is well-suited for plant support services such as filtered water, low- or high-pressure feed boosting, potable water, backwash and others. Optimized hydraulics and high-alloy materials of construction, like ASTM A890 Grade 5A/6A super duplex stainless steel, provide high-efficiency performance and long-term reliability that result in increased uptime with low cost of ownership.
The horizontal frame mounted SMP single stage, standard motor pump has evolved as Flowserve design engineers have anticipated the growing and diverse applications requiring economical and reliable pumping. Their attention to SMP’s mechanical construction, materials and hydraulics has resulted in unsurpassed satisfaction and low life cycle cost for users.
Superior hot water circulation, up to 230°C (446°F) with a standard un-cooled mechanical seal, gives the unique ability to minimise life-cycle cost. Internal separation and removal of undesirable vapour (steam) enhances mechanical seal face lubrication and improves reliability. High-level hydraulic efficiency ensures that running cost are predictably low.
ZLN, ZLK, ZLI industrial process pumps are suitable for temperatures up to 170°C (338°F). This diverse range of general purpose pumps offers the user a low life-cycle cost solution. Capital cost, power consumption, maintenance, reliability and waste, have all been considered during the extensive development phase.
Operational safety, environmental concern and long-term reliabilty, are the three aspects which make this pump an ideal choice for thermal oils up to 350°C (662°F). High-end hydraulic efficiency is complimented by almost maintenance-free operation, in which to give a low Life-Cycle cost solution. Shaft sealing can be either a combiniation of mechanical and secondary lip seals.
Compliant with ASME B73.3 or ISO 2858/15783 standards, the INNOMAG TB-MAG pump is engineered to provide low total cost of ownership and exceptional leakage protection in extremely corrosive and environmentally critical applications. The key to its proven performance is its revolutionary dynamic thrust balancing system. This system eliminates the need for thrust bearings and results in highly efficient operation, even in applications containing solids.
The INNOMAG U-MAG fluoropolymer-lined, magnetic drive pump provides exceptional safety, performance and value in general purpose chemical process and smaller volume pumping applications in a wide variety of industries. This versatile, compact pump offers outstanding leakage protection for compliance with environmental regulations or “clean floor” initiatives. An available high-purity configuration makes it ideal for applications demanding the strictest purity requirements. Dependable and easy to maintain, the U-MAG will deliver years of reliable, cost-effective service.
