Valbart designed the Trunnion Mounted Control Ball Valve (TMCBV) to operate at high pressures while minimizing the torque needed to operate the valve. The spring-loaded, process energized seats offer tight (Class IV and Class V) shutoff at any pressure. In most cases, the TMCBV's capacity is greater than that of a comparable globe valve. This allows the customer to use a smaller, lighter valve and experience cascading savings. This valve also requires a smaller, less expensive actuator and less expensive pipe supports.
GSDH Series seals are metal bellows containment seals for high temperature hydrocarbons, heat transfer fluids, and other fluids pumped beyond the temperature limits of elastomers. GSDH seals are fully compliant with API 682 Type C, Arrangement 2 requirements.
GSL Series seals are non-contacting gas seals for dry running vapor containment and full pressure wet backup sealing in light hydrocarbons, crude oil, and hazardous services. GSL seals use wave pattern technology to eliminate wear and are fully compliant with API 682 Type A, Arrangement 2 requirements.

The GX-200 is a dual pressurized gas barrier metal bellows seal utilizing APGS non-contacting seal face technology. Welded metal bellows eliminate dynamic O-ring hang-up in a compact cartridge that fits ANSI and DIN standard bore seal chamber pumps. Inert barrier gas eliminates process contamination, reduces power consumption and provides zero process emissions in hazardous services.
The Limitorque LDG Direct Gas powered scotch yoke actuator series is specifically designed to be operated by high pressure natural gas, or any other high pressure pneumatic fluid up to a maximum of 105 barg (1500 psig). LDG actuators are ideal for pipeline applications where no external sources of motive power are present and provide a robust heavy duty design and long service life with industry leading maintenance intervals.
