The StarPac 3 offers repeatability, accuracy and quick system response time with a small footprint and simple installation. It can stand alone or be integrated into a system, and is available for a variety of applications including oil and gas, chemical, paper, mining, industrial gases and power generation. Unique to the market, StarPac intelligent control systems give users an integrated view of the process at a single point and can improve plant operation at a lower installed cost than conventional control systems. The StarPac 3 builds on previous designs.
Compliant with ISO 13709/API 610 (VS6), the Flowserve WUC vertical turbine is a radial flow or axial flow type, multistage, heavy-duty double casing pump. It is designed for continuous un-spared duty at a variety of high-pressure services, operating at temperature extremes and handling difficult liquids.
SIHI Boost - PB-Systems are designed for chemical and pharmaceutical markets where an explosion proof design is required. SIHI Boost is a dry screw vacuum booster, which provides deep vacuum levels with less power and a smaller footprint. The rotors run five times faster than typical machinery, it is quieter, safer and cleaner. Mechatronically synchronized, contact-free moving parts reduce the need for oil-centric lubrication.
SIHI Boost - CB-Systems are designed for a broad range of industrial applications where an encapsulated, integrated pumps system design is required. SIHI Boost is a dry screw vacuum booster, which provides dramatically quicker evacuation at deep vacuum levels with less power and a smaller footprint. By harvesting the kinetic energy of heavier rotors that run five times faster than typical machinery, it is quieter, safer and cleaner. Mass inertia is stored during idle periods and can be released immediately.
SIHI Boost - GB-Systems are designed for a broad range of industrial applications. The vacuum systems combine independent components mechanically to offer optimized modular solutions matching actual process requirements. SIHI Boost is a dry screw vacuum booster, which provides dramatically quicker evacuation at deep vacuum levels with less power and a smaller footprint.
SIHI Dry - PD-Systems are designed for chemical and pharmaceutical markets where an explosion proof design is required. The SIHI Dry is a vertically oriented and self draining vacuum pump with no mechanical shaft seals. It is an ideal choice for chemically related processes where there is a high possibility of liquids or solids carry-over. This award winning solution can accommodate corrosive gases and vapors, and has superior resistance to heat-accelerated deposition.
SIHI Dry - CD-Systems are designed for a broad range of industrial applications where an encapsulated, integrated pumps system design is required. Vertically oriented, and self-draining, makes the SIHI Dry ideal for industrial process where there is a high possibility of solids being carried over into the pump. Stand alone capacity ranges from 100 up to 1500 m³/h (60 up to 900 cfm), and can be increased dramatically by combining with SIHI Boost.
SIHI Dry - GD-Systems are designed for a broad range of industrial applications.
Flowserve Durco Guardian sealless pump technology offers superior, leak-free performance in the most demanding services. Compliant with ASME (ANSI) B73.1-2001 dimensional standards, the Guardian magnetic drive pump is designed for simplicity and reliability in even the toughest emission-free services.
The all new Durco Mark 3 Group 4 pump offers increased capacity with proven Durco performance and reliability along with ASME B73.1 design features. Offering flow rates to 3861 m3/h (17 000 US gpm) — well beyond ASME size limits — the Durco Mark 3 Group 4 is ideal for high-flow, high-head applications in the chemical processing and general industries.
The Durco Mark 3 ISO chemical process pump provides unmatched performance and reliability, conforms to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 design criteria and incorporates advanced design features. The ruggedly designed Durco Mark 3 ISO offers significant operational and maintenance enhancing benefits that help users to minimize the total cost of pump ownership.
Durco Mark 3 chemical process pumps provide outstanding hydraulic performance, unrivaled reliability and low total cost of ownership. Conforming to ASME (ANSI) B73.1, Durco Mark 3 pumps incorporate many proven reliability- and performance-enhancing features. They are available in a wide range of configurations, including mechanically sealed, dynamically sealed, sealless magnetically driven, low-flow, self-priming and recessed impeller. It provides flexibility and breadth of pumping solutions in countless applications throughout the worldwide infrastructure markets.
The PolyChem GRP pump is a single-stage, end suction, centrifugal pump designed to ASME B73.1 standards. This product is constructed in Glass Reinforced Phenolic (GRP), which offers a cost-effective means of corrosion resistance as a more expensive high-alloy metal pump at a fraction of the cost. The PolyChem GRP pump has proved to be a cost-saving, long-term solution in acidic, chloride-rich and salt water applications.
The PolyChem S-Series chemical process pump features a fluoropolymer-lined, conventionally sealed design and meets ASME B73.1 dimensional standards. The PFA-lined wet end provides superior corrosion resistance and temperature allowance. Incorporating the proven Mark 3 power end, the PolyChem S-Series pump is engineered to maximize performance and reliability.
The Calder DWEER work exchanger is the most efficient energy recovery device (ERD) ever developed. It can recover up to 98% of the energy in the brine waste stream, which is then used to pressurize raw water and reduce the energy input for the high-pressure feed pumps up to 60%. With the DWEER, the high-pressure pump does not have to be connected to the energy recovery device. This permits the use of fewer, but larger, more efficient pumps.
Calder ERT energy recovery turbines are designed and manufactured specifically for reverse osmosis desalination. They can recover as much as 90% of the hydraulic energy remaining in the brine stream, converting it into rotary power for the high-pressure pumps. Highly efficient and reliable, Calder ERTs are installed in nearly 1000 seawater and brackish water reverse osmosis plants worldwide, with a total installed capacity in excess of 350 MW.
