Literature Number: SEBR000235 (EN)
Literature Type: Brochures and Flyers
Literature Number: FLS-1002b (E)
Literature Type: Catalog
Description: Sites around the world trust Flowserve to provide unmatched control for the most difficult fluid management applications. This catalog lists more than 150 flagship valve, actuation and instrumentation products offered by Flowserve. The valve catalog includes the following valve types: ball valves, butterfly valves, rotary control valves, linear control valves, severe service control valves and trim, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and plug valves. The actuation catalog includes: electric actuation, gearboxes, fluid power actuation, positioners, switch boxes, and related software.
Literature Number: LMENBR2307-00
Description: Simple Fireproof Protection, Quickly! FR Shells, manufactured by Mov Limited, offer an intumescent fireproof coating in a removable design. The construction is reinforced with wire to enhance its performance and protection of the valve actuator for at least 30 minutes against a hydrocarbon fire. Based on this design capability, the valve actuator will not require being sent to the OEM for replacement coatings in the event of a fire. The intumescent coating can be installed on-site for existing actuators without any modification.
Literature Number: FLS-VA-EWP-00001-EN-EX-US-0518
Literature Type: White Paper
Description: Is an intrusive or non-intrusive electric actuator right for your installation? EPCs and end users must carefully weigh a variety of factors to determine which type of electric actuator will provide the greatest value to them. This white paper reviews several factors to consider when selecting an electric actuator for your application. (Authored by Earnest Carey and David Montgomery.)
Literature Number: LMENFL1000-01
Literature Type: Technical Bulletin
Description: High-voltage actuators have inherent dangers. Improper usage or maintenance can reduce performance, damage equipment, and even cause serious injury or death. To ensure OEMs, distributors and end users are able to safely operate Limitorque actuation systems, the following
training programs are available:
• MXA and QX Smart Actuators: Basic Maintenance and Setup
• L120 and SMB Electromechanical Actuators: Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• SMB Actuator Sizing and Applications Training
Literature Number: FLS-VA-EWP-00005-EN-EX-US-0518
Description: Valve automation dramatically improves control, precision and efficiency. While these advantages must be weighed against higher capital and operating costs, actuators are frequently found to be a cost-effective investment for most oil and gas applications. This white paper is a guide to actuators for upstream and midstream oil and gas applications. It covers electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas-powered and electro-hydraulic actuation. (Authored by Jacqueline Onditi, Earnest Carey, David Montgomery, and Lorenzo Colonna Preti.)
Literature Number: LMENBR1400-06
Description: When an actuator offering unsurpassed strength and durability is required, choose a five-decade veteran of the nuclear power industry: the Flowserve Limitorque SMB series. The extraordinarily solid construction of these actuators provides a service life of often more than 30 years. All SMB housings are rugged cast or ductile iron. Weatherproof construction is standard. SMB actuators are also available for XP, Navy Class A, and nuclear requirements.
