The PolyChem GRP pump is a single-stage, end suction, centrifugal pump designed to ASME B73.1 standards. This product is constructed in Glass Reinforced Phenolic (GRP), which offers a cost-effective means of corrosion resistance as a more expensive high-alloy metal pump at a fraction of the cost. The PolyChem GRP pump has proved to be a cost-saving, long-term solution in acidic, chloride-rich and salt water applications.
The PolyChem S-Series chemical process pump features a fluoropolymer-lined, conventionally sealed design and meets ASME B73.1 dimensional standards. The PFA-lined wet end provides superior corrosion resistance and temperature allowance. Incorporating the proven Mark 3 power end, the PolyChem S-Series pump is engineered to maximize performance and reliability.
Flowserve has been the sole source pump supplier for ebullated bed residue hydrocracking since 1967, with more than 80 installed pumps worldwide. The Ebullator pump is defined as critical service and is unspared, so reliability is of upmost importance. The Ebullator pump is subjected to extreme process conditions with high temperature (>400°C, 752°F), high suction pressure (>180 bar, 2610 psi), entrained gas, as well as corrosive and erosive process fluid.

Calder ERT energy recovery turbines are designed and manufactured specifically for reverse osmosis desalination. They can recover as much as 90% of the hydraulic energy remaining in the brine stream, converting it into rotary power for the high-pressure pumps. Highly efficient and reliable, Calder ERTs are installed in nearly 1000 seawater and brackish water reverse osmosis plants worldwide, with a total installed capacity in excess of 350 MW.
The unique Survivor control valve design solves the harshest erosion, corrosion and flashing applications. With a variety of ceramic trims available, no other valve will last longer - even in applications with demanding flashing and erosive particulate. The unique design of the Survivor directs flashing energy away from critical equipment. Unique packing configurations solve difficult sealing problems associated with solids entraining the process fluids.
The FK75C split-body, full-bore, floating ball valve represents the highest standards in valve technology. Its superfine-finished, seat-supported ball is just one of its many important design features. Others include an anti-blow out stem, long-life, double-stem seal system and stem supported in bearings to ensure seals are free from operation loads.
