WIKO 13709/API 610 (BB5) Between Bearings, Diffuser Casing, Multistage, Process Barrel Pump
The WIKO multistage barrel pump features an opposed impeller rotor with diffuser collectors and a single-diameter balance drum. Every WIKO is custom designed and built to order for specific ultra high-pressure applications.

Opposed Impeller Design helps to balance residual axial thrust while producing ultra-high pressures.
Inner Casing is normally provided with a bolted head at one end. It is also available in a cartridge element design for quick change out in the field, or shear ring (no bolts) design.
Heavy-Duty Barrel with Discharge Cover is made of forged steel and incorporates ASME Section VIII design criteria and pressure ratings based on process requirement.
Radially Split Inner Casings are multi-vane diffuser/channel ring design, and are precision cast and milled to optimize repeatability of performance. They provide metal-to-metal sealing surfaces between stages and between the inner and outer casing.
Straight Style Balance Drum handles axial thrust across the full operating range. The drum is located with a split ring and interference fit, and is keyed to the shaft.
Large Diameter Shafts are incrementally stepped at all impeller, seal and thrust collar fits for ease of assembly.

- Discharge pressures to 650 bar (9425 psi)
- Temperatures to 450°C (840°F)
- Speeds to 13 000 rpm
