Introducing the Durco® Mark 3™ ISO Chemical Process Pump

The premier name in chemical process pumps is now available in ISO 2858/5199 world-class design.

Fully compliant with ISO 2858 dimensional and ISO 5199 design criteria, the Durco Mark 3 ISO pump incorporates the advanced technologies of the industry-leading Durco Mark 3 ASME B73.1 pump. These include the efficiency, repeatable performance and mechanical reliability of the signature Durco Mark 3 reverse vane impeller along with its external micrometer-style impeller adjustment, SealSentry™ seal chambers, robust shaft (with low L³/D⁴ ratio) and bearing system design. In addition, the Mark 3 ISO pump has a two-piece power end, enabling it to be retrofitted to ISO 2858 compliant pumps, thereby offering opportunities to standardize equipment and reduce the costs of inventory.

The Durco Mark 3 ISO pump line is available in four frames with 45 sizes to accommodate virtually all process flow requirements. Configurations include open or reverse vane impeller designs, recessed impeller and unitized self-priming models and close coupled arrangements. An extensive range of materials is available to address the issues of corrosion and erosion commonly found in chemical processing.

All Mark 3 ISO pumps are equipped with the IPS Beacon™ power end condition monitor. Mounted on top of the bearing housing, this is an electronic device that continuously monitors the vibration and temperature levels of the bearings, providing a visual indication when set operating limits are exceeded.

In developing the Mark 3 ISO pump, the Flowserve design team applied the knowledge the company has gained from nearly a century of leadership in process pump technology.
