The special dual stem packing design incorporates a primary cup and cone design packing and backed with a chevron style secondary packing. The double live loaded seal design has tested in methane to 30,000 cycles at leak rates below 10 PPMV
Where high cycle, low leakage , Category M or high vacuum requirements are specified, the Worcester 94 series dual stem seal design is the best choice.

Available in 3 pc and 2pc flanged in sizes ranging from 1/2'' to 8'', ANSI classes 150, 300 & 600,carbon and stainless steel, multiple seat material choices, High Vacuum capable, Extreme high cycle life, Worcester and Automax automation, single piece cast bonnet to eliminate welds, crevices and gaskets.
Applications
Category M services, Super heated water (400F), leak off systems with sensing devices & alarms for fugitive emissions, phosgene gas and other highly toxic media requiring zero leakage, wide thermal swings, cryogenics.
Special options include Clean room assembled, helium leak tested, U.V. and wipe tested for hydrocarbons and residue, Specially cleaned and bagged for oxygen or chlorine services.
