Flowserve Worcester Controls designed the heavy-duty WRG Series Scotch Yoke Actuator to help customers save money through extended cycle life and reduced maintenance. The modular construction offers more than 250 torque profiles to optimize valve automation selection and reduces the weight, size and cost of the actuator. 

The WRG Series' design enhances plant and personnel safety due to compliance to IEC 61505 (Functional Safety Related Systems,) Safety Integrity Level -3. The IP67M (temporary submersion) rating and marine grade epoxy surface treatment ensures optimal ingress environmental protection when installed in harsh atmospheres, such as coastal Off shore installations. 

In addition, the WRG Series can be used for Emergency Shut Down (ESD) and Safety Shut Off Valves (SSOV). This pneumatic actuator is designed to ISO 5211/ MSS SP-101 Mounting standards and EN15714-3 Cycle Life Performance standards.
