HBC worm gear operators are used to actuate ball, plug, and butterfly valves, louver dampers, flop gates, radial gates, butterfly gates, and other devices. For manual operation, additive spur gear attachments, handwheels, and wrench nuts are available. When driven by electric actuators, a wide range of output speeds and output torques are available to provide unparalleled versatility to meet virtually any operating requirement in a variety of environments.
With eight product sizes covering torques to 93,000 ft. lbs., the strongest and most reliable worm gear operator on the market delivers consistent, trouble-free performance. In production since the early 1960s, the HBC series is proven reliable, over and over again.
